Luca here is a Seeker! However, a secret Seeker, as he keeps this fact well under wraps until there comes a point that he actually needs it to be known. Like, you know, arresting people. He'd have come to Kirkwall having looked over what information he could for every Inquisition member that had files available, since keeping an eye on them and their sketchy mage strike and rifter phylactery shit fit nonsense is basically what he was sent here from Skyhold for. So! Here's a questionnaire on shit that you'd like him to know, and if you could fill it out for me that would be wonderful and ilu.

Yah it's cool.

Are there formal records of your character that the Seekers/Luca would have access to?
He’s a Circle mage so yes. He also got moved around a few times so things might be spotty in places. But they’d possibly have:

• Basic biographical stuff
• Some sort of note that he caused a fatality before being brought to the Circle
• A note that he’s a spirit medium
• Access to his research, which was mostly spirit magic-focused theoretical stuff about ambient energies and blah blah blah; I can make up specifics if I really have to, but the bottom line is it was esoteric crap that didn’t seem to have any practical application at the time (but semi-secretly does now)
• Some disciplinary records—he never ran away but he did punch a Templar once and got into a few fights with other mages and probably got busted bangin
• A note that he’s a Loyalist
• Notation of formal permission for his family to get letters through to him in Ghislain, no record of the money that made that permission happen

Or they might not have all of that, because of stuff getting lost in the shuffle or filed incorrectly when he was moved around for the fourth time or whatever else, as necessary to make stuff work for everyone IC!

Not off the top of my head! He's keeping plenty of secrets but if they came out it'd need to be planned separately.

The current specific shit he’s up to is mainly trying to cure Casimir’s Tranquility with some other people, which I’m fine with having investigated, but it’s not my plot so anything that might change what's going on prior to the end point of Casimir being cured would need to be discussed with a bunch of other people and especially K2. Less specific shit: he's tight with the local rebel contingent, talks like a Loyalist but is usually around being helpful wherever pro-mage freedom stuff is happening, etc.
