PERMISSIONS

Luca here is a Seeker! However, a secret Seeker, as he keeps this fact well under wraps until there comes a point that he actually needs it to be known. Like, you know, arresting people. His realm of expertise, within the investigative nature of Seeker work, is in large part information gathering, so, essentially, he's a spy-detective??? For Jesus Andraste. Idefk. Check out his info page for more!

He'd have come to Kirkwall having looked over what information he could for every Inquisition member that had files available, since keeping an eye on them and their sketchy mage strike and rifter phylactery shit fit nonsense is basically what he was sent here from Skyhold for. So! Here's a questionnaire on shit that you'd like him to know, and if you could fill it out for me that would be wonderful and ilu.

PS: THANK YOU, HOPE, FOR LETTING ME CHEAT OFF BYERLY'S PAGE FOR THIS, XOXO

Is it cool for Luca to know stuff about your dude(tte), or would you rather none of this nonsense effect/involve your person? Sure.

Are there formal records of your character that the Seekers/Luca would have access to? She was a Circle mage, so yes. It's easy to find out that she was from the Denerim alienage, taken to Kinloch Hold at a very young age. She was a child at the time of Uldred's uprising, developing a strong revulsion to blood magic after that. After the rebellion happened, instead of joining the rebel mages she sought out the Grey Wardens instead. That Warden Alistair and the Hero of Ferelden saved her circle almost certainly influenced this. As for her time in the circle; she was bright and rule-abiding, no disciplinary record to speak of and basically a teacher's pet.

Any gossip/rumors about your character or their reputation Luca should know?

*Inessa is one of the Griffon Keepers among the Wardens, responsible for their grooming and training.

* She used to be the project leader for Rifts and the Veil, but stepped down after a brief announcement and is now assistant leader to the Red Lyrium project leader.

* She has learned necromancy, presumably from Nevarra, but seems to keep a low profile as she can with that.

* She's in a relationship with a fellow Warden, Kain Ventfort. That's also likewise a low-profile thing though not exactly a secret.

Has your character had run-ins with the law, Seeker Order, Templar Order or Circle of Magi? Nope, Inessa was well-behaved in the Circle. She did strike with some other mages earlier this year, but that wasn't illegal.

Is there anything else about your characters past/present/whatever that you'd like Luca to learn while creeping on them? Not at the moment, though anything that's happened while among the Inquisition is certainly fair game.

Are you open to Luca deceiving/manipulating your character for information? He can try. Inessa is strong-willed and tries to keep her cards close to her chest, but she's not invulnerable.

Are you open to Luca blackmailing your character? Nah, I'm boring like that. She doesn't really have anything to hold over her head, anyway.

Are you open to Luca investigating your Mage/Templar character who might be up to Some Shit? Go for it. Inessa has largely espoused Aequitarian beliefs (though the rebellion happened before she could gain the rank of Enchanter, so she didn't vote for anything), but she has shown sympathy to those wanting lasting freedom even though as a Grey Warden she should be exempt from all that anyway. She is a colleague and friend of Anders, another Grey Warden mage, so that's a possible angle. Further investigation won't reveal much beyond her helping at the clinic sometimes, though, and she hasn't been involved in anything violent.

Can Luca pass on what information he gathers about your character to his superiors or the Division Heads? Sure, that's fine.

Anything else?
