Luca here is a Seeker! However, a secret Seeker, as he keeps this fact well under wraps until there comes a point that he actually needs it to be known. Like, you know, arresting people. His realm of expertise, within the investigative nature of Seeker work, is in large part information gathering, so, essentially, he's a spy-detective??? For Jesus Andraste. Idefk. He'd have come to Kirkwall having looked over what information he could for every Inquisition member that had files available, since keeping an eye on them and their sketchy mage strike and rifter phylactery shit fit nonsense is basically what he was sent here from Skyhold for. So! Here's a questionnaire on shit that you'd like him to know, and if you could fill it out for me that would be wonderful and ilu.

Are there formal records of your character that the Seekers/Luca would have access to?
YEP. He's a Circle mage who has basically only lived in Nevarra City and the Grand Necropolis (+/- some other necropolises, but mainly the one), so the records would be centralized, and include:

• Basic background info, blah blah fancy Fabria family distantly related to the founder of the Mortalitasi
  
• Essentially no disciplinary records or considerations for transfer to other Circles
  
• Permission granted for his (non-mage) cousin Clio to come live with him in the Grand Necropolis after he made Mortalitasi
  
• Abruptly being placed on the mage equivalent of limited duties, reason not listed. Clio is not mentioned again.
  
• A cross-reference would reveal the conspicuously simultaneous transfer of Ilias's ex, Leander
  
• There sure are a lot of detailed notes on his activities for a few months immediately following. These aren't necessarily labeled "possession risk," but. like why else is there suddenly a templar who cares if he spends 10 hours a day staring at the ceiling.
  
• Eventually attained the rank of Speaker, labeled as a Loyalist
  
• Definitely disappeared for 3 months shortly after the Mage/Templar war started
  
• He came back though, and there's some hastily-penned explanation about the loss of an apprentice, don't worry about it

Any gossip/rumors about your character or their reputation Luca should know? The usual necromancy-is-blood-magic rumors probably abound, but otherwise he seems like a nice guy.

Has your character had run-ins with the law, Seeker Order, Templar Order or Circle of Magi? Yes, see above! Basically no disciplinary records though, if he got caught fucking around his family probably made that go away.

Is there anything else about your characters past/present/whatever that you'd like Luca to learn while creeping on them? He sure doesn't sleep very much. Ilias has a lot of secrets wrt the death of his cousin and the more-recent murder of his ex that I'd like to come out eventually, but I will probably make bigger plots out of them. Which I would love for Luca to be involved in.

Are you open to Luca deceiving/manipulating your character for information? Yes, that's fine!

Are you open to Luca blackmailing your character? Ilias is probably too full of self-loathing for that to be effective, but if there's an opportunity, sure!

Are you open to Luca investigating your Mage/Templar character who might be up to Some Shit? Yyyyes but I will have to get back to you about specifics once I get some plot permissions and stuff rolling, so: watch this space. If the opportunity arrises to side-eye his necromancy, I'm down for it. Eventually he's also going to be helping Sidony when she starts getting dead bodies from Byerly for research purposes, which sounds up Luca's alley, but that's Rachel's plot so you'd want to chat with her first!
