Luca here is a Seeker! However, a secret Seeker, as he keeps this fact well under wraps until there comes a point that he actually needs it to be known. Like, you know, arresting people. His realm of expertise, within the investigative nature of Seeker work, is in large part information gathering, so, essentially, he's a spy-detective??? For Jesus Andraste. Idefk. He'd have come to Kirkwall having looked over what information he could for every Inquisition member that had files available, since keeping an eye on them and their sketchy mage strike and rifter phylactery shit fit nonsense is basically what he was sent here from Skyhold for. So! Here's a questionnaire on shit that you'd like him to know, and if you could fill it out for me that would be wonderful and ilu.

Are there formal records of your character that the Seekers/Luca would have access to? Yes, Julius was a Circle mage, at Kinloch Hold from the age of six onward. It is not super common knowledge, but certainly something one could track down, that he is the son of Bann Selwyn of Ferelden. (Originally the middle of three, Julius is now the oldest since his elder brother fell in the Fifth Blight.) There's no known record of him participating in the rebellion after the initial vote, though he was one of the mages who participated in the strike in Kirkwall and was part of the negotiation team who went to Skyhold irt the phylactery situation.

Any gossip/rumors about your character or their reputation Luca should know? While he's not announcing it over the crystals or anything, he's not making a grand secret of his romantic liaison with Petrana de Cedoux. No one seems to be quite sure where his loyalties have ended up re the mage/templar conflict, as Luca could probably find both individuals who are pretty sure he's a Loyalist and others who're pretty sure he's not.

Has your character had run-ins with the law, Seeker Order, Templar Order or Circle of Magi? Unusually for his reputation, he kept his head down and his mouth shut around the time of the vote for mage independence. However, it is possible to verify he voted for independence in the final vote, despite previously public reservations. Other than that, though, he doesn't have a reputation as a troublemaker; on the contrary, he was known for rising through the ranks while playing by the rules back in the Circle.

Is there anything else about your characters past/present/whatever that you'd like Luca to learn while creeping on them? He's got a connection of some kind to Gwenaëlle Baudin, as he once resided in her house in Hightown (when it was still her house).

Are you open to Luca deceiving/manipulating your character for information? Sure, as long as you give an OOC heads-up, that's fine.

Are you open to Luca blackmailing your character? If it comes up, sure.

Are you open to Luca investigating your Mage/Templar character who might be up to Some Shit? No shit at the moment, other than his ambitious Rifter girlfriend.
